Overview: Creating your Solution is like writing a book. You must start with an outline to codify the process. That Outline to create your Solution is 4 Phases (like sections of a book) plus 3 Priorities (like chapters of a book). In other words, your Code is a 4x3 (4 Phases times 3 Priorities).
Below are steps to create your Outline that will be used to design your Curriculum and Contracts.

💡 Note: Each Phase Title must be only one-word.

💡 Note: This typically includes assessment and planning plus any of the preparation necessary before beginning the real work that leads to measurable results. This tends to be the shortest phase since it has no ROI for you or your client.

💡 Note: This typically includes implementation and execution of the first prioritized initiative. This phase tends to be the longest phase and involves you rolling up your sleeves with your client to get your first measurable results.

💡 Note: This typically includes analysis, refinement, and/or optimization. This phase is where you make your results systematic for optimal and repeatable performance.

💡 Note: This typically includes application, expansion, and scale. This phase has no timeline and can vary tremendously based on factors like ambition, vision, and so on.

💡 Note: Each Phase must have 3 Priorities. The Priorities are the 3 most important things that must be done for the Phase to be complete. Make each Priority one word: Example for my Outline: Phase 1: Design. The 3 Priorities are Solution + Audience + Message
