- Fill in all “Details Fields” and if you do not have the necessary data to understand a Possible Affiliate/Affiliate, send an email to ask.
- If you find data that leads you to believe they will not be a good affiliate, move them.
✅ Task 2: Establish/Test Affiliates
- If you have strong relationships but need to re-establish connection, send email to provoke re-engagement.
- If you have strong relationships and have remained in touch, send email to provoke first intros.
✅ Task 3: Gap Fill
- If you do not have 20 or more strong Possible Affiliates/Affiliates, introduce them directly to your Sources, send emails to their Sources to provoke introductions to new Sources, and/or attend networking events to find new Sources.
- If you have too many Possible Affiliates/Affiliates, prioritize and split.
✅ Task 4: Clients Initiation
- Ask current clients for introductions or referrals.
- Ask past clients for introductions or referrals.
- Target specific clients that may be interested in your new services and send provocation emails.
✅ Task 5: Lead Management
- Update deals for details and label them as struggling or stuck.
- Send provocation emails toward strategic conversion.
🛠️ Homework:
- Manage all provocation emails.
- Update deal cards as new data is uncovered.
- Execute necessary activities to quickly gap fill Possible Affiliates/Affiliates.
